The hotel is conveniently located close to Pizza Hut, restaurants, a major grocery store, and shopping malls. the staff members are very polite and helpful.

Carpets were dirty but most likely due to the amount of construction jobs in the area.

The rooms with a kitchen had a cozy vibe, and the central location was fantastic. Rewritten: the rooms with a kitchen had a special vibe, and its location in the heart of Jackson was superb.

Rooms were clean, hotel was easy to access right off of 190. Decent breakfast.

The wireless internet does not work in the rooms (second floor), had to sit in the hallway to have any connection. Card reader at side entrance door is broken, mgmnt has no intention of fixing. Parking lot only has one entrance, regularly blocked by other patrons. While room was clean, nothing was comfortable - beds were hard, pillows were flat, towels were rough, etc. Not good value for the money, but only hotel available. Others are far better for cheaper!

I spent 3 nights at this hotel and absolutely loved it. the location was perfect for exploring Harker Heights. the breakfast was outstanding, offering yogurt and Texas shaped waffles. the staff was incredibly helpful, responsive, and provided excellent service.

The staff at Best Western Harker Heights Killeen were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I had an issue with my room key, but they quickly replaced it without any inconvenience. the staff made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.
